Austral Wright Metals carry a handy range of stainless steel round bar in all it's 4 Service Centres across Australia. The range starts at 3.18mm diameter and includes 304 and 316 grades.

Stainless Steel Flat Bar

An extensive range of stainless steel flat bar can be found in all our Service Centres from 12mm wide to 100mm wide. Bar can be produced from either the SRE or HRAP methods.

Stainless Steel Angle

Equal angle bars are stocked in the HRAP form of random lengths of 6m.

Grades 304 and 316 have improved machinability due to an addition of calcium.
Grade 303 has excellent machinability due to an addition of sulphur, but this reduces the corrosion resistance. The Grade should not be used in water.
